This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the architecture solutions and technical strategy for extensive Azure modernization initiatives from presales to delivery.
β’ Take ownership of the solution definition process, ensuring that architectures fulfill client requirements, adhere to standards, and uphold delivery quality.
β’ Create and promote reusable frameworks and reference architectures to enhance delivery consistency across various projects.
β’ Mentor architects and engineering teams, encouraging their growth, technical discipline, and commitment to delivery excellence.
β’ Provide architectural oversight through design reviews and technical guidance, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
β’ Assist in presales activities by collaborating with account teams to shape solution strategies, outline technical scope, and contribute to proposals.
β’ Identify patterns across projects to inform the development of shared intellectual property, tools, and process enhancements.
β’ Manage workload and commitments effectively to meet utilization and sales targets through prioritized execution.
β’ Proven experience in leading architecture and delivery for enterprise Azure applications in consulting, enterprise, or modernization scenarios.
β’ Established ability to guide technical teams and take ownership of architecture across projects.
β’ Strong comprehension of the presales lifecycle, including solution design, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Recognized for contributions to mentorship, design thoroughness, and technical leadership within teams and across delivery initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated capability to create and scale reusable architecture patterns, tools, and resources.
β’ Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, or similar (or currently pursuing).
β’ Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel (< 25%) for client projects as required.
