This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Handle daily requests for client services
β’ Supervise and implement the onboarding process for clients
β’ Oversee Advisor workflows and tasks, ensuring all client interactions are conducted
β’ Create and refine internal processes, workflows, and templates for the company
β’ Manage the Advisor and company calendars as well as email correspondence
β’ Handle Schwab documentation, money transfers (such as wires, journals, Moneylinks, etc.), and trading activities
β’ Administer SmartRIA, performing compliance tasks as required
β’ Oversee Gusto, executing payroll responsibilities
β’ Manage projects and their execution, reporting directly to the CEO
β’ Perform various administrative duties
β’ Address issues in a practical and proactive manner
β’ Engage in strategy meetings and assist in achieving the firm's objectives
β’ NO involvement in new business development or sales activities
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse clientele
β’ Comfortable making calls to clients and external vendors to obtain necessary information
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented, facilitating the CEO's creativity and vision
β’ Effective problem-solving and time management skills
β’ Capable of prioritizing tasks and confidently managing projects as well as individual assignments β we do not engage in micromanagement.
β’ Proactive in reviewing the upcoming calendar and prioritizing tasks accordingly
