Client Services Project Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to intricate inquiries from customers and clients through phone, email, and written communications.

• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed punctually and in accordance with provided guidelines and expected outcomes.

• Engage in consumer-facing conversations with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

• Adhere to established protocols, procedures, and direction from Project Managers and Supervisors.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, project managers, supervisors, and clients.

• Develop, monitor, and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams.

• Support supervisors and project managers in resolving issues as they arise.

• Oversee case health by identifying errors and assisting in the creation of solutions for resolution.

• Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and client-centered manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to manage consumer-facing inquiries with empathy.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities or business needs.

• Strong technical aptitude and exceptional computer skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

• Availability to work during Pacific Time or Arizona Time hours.
