This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Respond to intricate inquiries from customers and clients through phone, email, and written communications.
β’ Ensure that assigned tasks are completed punctually and in accordance with provided guidelines and expected outcomes.
β’ Engage in consumer-facing conversations with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
β’ Adhere to established protocols, procedures, and direction from Project Managers and Supervisors.
β’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, project managers, supervisors, and clients.
β’ Develop, monitor, and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams.
β’ Support supervisors and project managers in resolving issues as they arise.
β’ Oversee case health by identifying errors and assisting in the creation of solutions for resolution.
β’ Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and client-centered manner.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM.
β’ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to manage consumer-facing inquiries with empathy.
β’ Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
β’ Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities or business needs.
β’ Strong technical aptitude and exceptional computer skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
β’ Availability to work during Pacific Time or Arizona Time hours.
