This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide outstanding customer-oriented service through phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Address inquiries concerning benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims processing.
• Ensure resolutions are accurate, efficient, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate as needed.
• Uphold customer privacy and confidentiality standards as established by Guardian and relevant legal regulations.
• Assist in managing a high volume of customer inquiries while achieving performance metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Capability to engage across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Strong mathematical skills, computer proficiency, and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skillful in time management, task prioritization, and adherence to schedules.
• Direct-wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Capacity to self-diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Proficient PC skills demonstrating effective use of Windows applications.
