This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure client satisfaction while enhancing employer services within the designated account territory.
• Propel sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Launch client-facing sales initiatives for both existing clients and prospective accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their requirements.
• Manage and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives.
• Keep ongoing communication with clients to deepen understanding of their operational environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Strategic-level sales.
• Proven experience in consultative sales and negotiation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior-level clients.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the capacity to navigate complex scenarios, work strategically, and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
