This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Assisting producers and clients in ensuring continued insurance coverage for personal lines of insurance.
β’ Managing the processing and invoicing of policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
β’ Preparing and submitting endorsement requests to insurance carriers.
β’ Verifying rates, exposures, and previous premiums.
β’ Addressing and processing policy cancellations, billing inquiries, and related matters.
β’ Collaborating closely with Senior Insurance Managers for the review and approval of endorsements and renewals.
β’ Delivering outstanding client service and supporting policy retention initiatives through proactive communication and problem-solving.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing is preferred.
β’ An active Property and Casualty license is required (the company will assist the candidate in obtaining licensure if necessary).
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, although familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
