Personal Lines Client Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assisting producers and clients in ensuring continued insurance coverage for personal lines of insurance.

• Managing the processing and invoicing of policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.

• Preparing and submitting endorsement requests to insurance carriers.

• Verifying rates, exposures, and previous premiums.

• Addressing and processing policy cancellations, billing inquiries, and related matters.

• Collaborating closely with Senior Insurance Managers for the review and approval of endorsements and renewals.

• Delivering outstanding client service and supporting policy retention initiatives through proactive communication and problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing is preferred.

• An active Property and Casualty license is required (the company will assist the candidate in obtaining licensure if necessary).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, although familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
