Senior Appraisal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

• Responsible for the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results within an area.

• May oversee planning, budgeting, and policy development within their field of expertise.

• Engaged in short-term resource planning.

• Holds full management accountability for a team, which may involve overseeing personnel, budget, and planning activities.

• Monitors valuation risks associated with real estate operations, including credit extensions secured by liens on or interests in real estate, capital markets, servicing, and defaults on consumer loans when real estate security or activities, asset sales, or refinancing are considered as primary options.

⛳️ Requirements

• State Real Estate Appraiser Certification is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in appraisal and appraisal review is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is preferred.

• A thorough understanding of appraisal regulations, standards, and secondary market guidelines is essential.

• Possesses complex and diverse knowledge of financial services; familiarity with Citi is advantageous.
