Senior Applied AI/ML Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Machine Learning features that enhance Autodesk’s RAG platforms.

• Conduct statistical and data analysis to create datasets for model training and development.

• Collaborate with team members to devise superior solutions, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of technology and ML practices.

• Offer technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, enabling the delivery of essential ML-driven functionalities for our Digital Customer Platform.

• Work alongside stakeholders to address significant business objectives across various challenges.

• Convert business requirements and goals into solvable problems using a blend of Data, Statistics, and Machine Learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• MS/M.Tech/M.Math or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Developer, Economics, Computational Linguistics, or related disciplines.

• Over 3 years of relevant work experience in Machine Learning.

• Practical experience with NLU and integrating traditional search methodologies into RAG.

• Expertise in the Python Machine Learning ecosystem, including tools like Pandas, deep learning frameworks, traditional ML, and probability calibration.

• Understanding of experimental design and result analysis.

• Proven experience leading Machine Learning teams in the deployment and enhancement of ML features in production environments.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver ML solutions in production.
