This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Join a dynamic team that operates on a rotating shift schedule for 24/7 coverage.
• Revise and enhance training and support documentation.
• Address and manage both new and ongoing trouble tickets (commonly referred to as “on-call duty”).
• Provide tier 1 support level solutions, such as restarting applications.
• Record troubleshooting procedures, status updates, diagnostic findings, and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with higher tier support as needed, including engaging with vendors.
• Prepare incident outage reports.
• Implement established procedures and carry out mass updates.
• Take part in Change Management initiatives.
• Fulfill predefined periodic checklists and propose suggestions for automation improvement.
• Proficient in English.
• Over 5 years of experience in Application Support.
• More than 5 years in Element or Fault Management Systems.
• At least 5 years of Networking experience (L1/L2).
• Over 5 years of Scripting experience: Shell, Bash, Python.
• More than 5 years of experience with Operating Systems (Linux/Unix/Windows), Databases (SQL/Oracle), and Security.
