
Senior Application Analyst, ERP – Workday-Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Maintain and provide support for Workday Finance modules and system configurations.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify their needs and propose effective solutions.
• Execute solutions through meticulous design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Diagnose system issues and facilitate prompt resolutions.
• Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Create and sustain reports tailored for business users.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the financial systems.
• Oversee support tickets, guaranteeing thorough, timely responses and adherence to documentation protocols in the ticket tracking system.
• Aid in system integrations and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Recognize opportunities for improving systems and processes.
• Be prepared for occasional extended hours during system upgrades, releases, or critical project milestones.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting ERP or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Workday Finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Workday certification or the willingness to obtain it within 6 months.
• Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
• Background in healthcare or complex organizations.
