Senior Application Analyst – Epic Willow Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver advanced system-level assistance for multi-user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools.

• Install, configure, maintain, and provide support for complex systems.

• Educate end users and external departments on current applications.

• Utilize advanced systems analysis expertise.

• Lead and engage in project planning sessions.

• Define project goals, milestones, procedures, roles, and responsibilities.

• Acquire resources for projects and coordinate efforts throughout Wellstar.

• Track project progress and identify, mitigate, and communicate issues and risks.

• Manage multiple projects with varying complexities.

• Collaborate closely with project leaders to achieve project deadlines.

• Foster excellent customer service and effective communication to ensure the success of software applications.

• Work in partnership with Information Systems staff, clinical and operational departments, and other Wellstar personnel.

• Adhere to on-call, incident management, change management testing, and timekeeping processes.

• Provide project updates regarding progress and unresolved issues.

• Support Wellstar's vision, mission, and credo.

• Engage in continuous learning, mentor team members, and share professional insights.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Follow Wellstar policies, work standards, and code of conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in technology.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related sector.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in communicating and negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and provide and receive constructive feedback.

• Capable of multitasking and completing assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Competence in providing extensive guidance to other team members.

• Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting problems while proposing solutions.

• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Comprehensive understanding of application support.

• Capacity to serve as a primary resource for multiple application modules.

• Skillful in gathering, translating, and communicating business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.

• Ability to recommend best practices or solutions.

• Epic Willow certification is required as indicated in the job title.

• All necessary certifications must be obtained at the time of hire unless otherwise noted.
