This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for headcount planning, quota planning, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.

• Lead the model-building process from start to finish, including requirements gathering and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with business model owners and analytics teams to convert planning requirements into scalable solutions.

• Enhance existing models with a focus on performance, usability, auditability, and governance.

• Create and improve data integrations between Anaplan and other business systems.

• Diagnose production issues and implement solutions to mitigate future risks.

• Utilize Hex and AI-assisted workflows to enhance analysis and boost overall team productivity.

• Act as a senior technical partner to stakeholders by providing updates and producing clear documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Anaplan Model Builder with over 2 years of practical Anaplan model-building experience.

• More than 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, planning systems, analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in owning or leading development for planning, forecasting, reporting, or operational processes.

• Strong comprehension of Anaplan model design, data flows, user access, testing, and best practices for deployment.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound data integrations between business systems.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets along with foundational knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with modern analytics and automation tools, with a readiness to incorporate AI.

• Capability to develop effective solutions for ambiguous challenges in a dynamic SaaS environment.

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
