Senior Analyst, Treasury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee bank and cash balances, investigate cash movements, and conduct research on treasury transactions that require follow-up.

• Manage the P-Card program, including cardholder setup, setting limits, applying merchant category restrictions, handling closures, and ensuring proper controls and documentation.

• Assist with banking portal account administration, access management, and user authorizations according to approved control procedures.

• Prepare details for wire and account transfer transactions within banking portals and independently verify recipient information through approved verification methods prior to submission/approval.

• Maintain precise records of bank activities, transaction research, cash movements, and resolutions for auditing and review purposes.

• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external banking representatives to address transaction exceptions.

• Provide support for payment reconciliations, merchant account inquiries, and credit card-related tasks as necessary.

• Compile treasury analyses and management updates, identifying opportunities to enhance processing controls.

• Oversee the setup, modifications, and closures of merchant IDs for new and existing properties in coordination with processors and property teams.

• Keep a comprehensive inventory of merchant IDs, including details on processors, bank account linkages, and settlement information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank administration, payment operations, or complex settlement reconciliation.

• Proven experience in researching financial transactions and reconciling bank or payment activities.

• Proficient with banking platforms, cash-control processes, and payment security; strong skills in Excel and analytical thinking.

• Demonstrated attention to detail, confidentiality, judgment in escalation, and professional communication skills.

• Experience in administering bank portals or corporate purchase cards and in preparing controlled wire transfers.

• Knowledge of merchant and credit card processing.
