Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Review and manage the onboarding workflows for Eye Care Professional Channel customers via the Salesforce.com portal.

• Assess the suitability and alignment of custom program requests using established templates and the delegation of authority matrix.

• Generate specific reports on sales, customer mix, and Sales team performance for weekly and monthly meetings.

• Develop specialized reports and services utilizing SQL, Access, Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

• Capable of producing reports in spreadsheet, Power BI, and PowerPoint formats.

• Collaborate on project teams to enhance commercial programs and information systems.

• Address customer account setup errors and issues, coordinating with internal resources to resolve them (including calculating credits owed and submitting credit requests).

• Engage in pricing program audits and provide support to the Pricing team functions.

• Create content and lead recurring training sessions for Sales team members as needed, including New Hire Trainings and periodic spot trainings on various Sales Operations topics.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate office setting.

• Experience in the optical industry is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in spreadsheet management, analytical thinking, mathematics, and statistical data analysis.

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing advanced features of SAP, CRM, DVI, etc.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Salesforce.com, and creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.

• Must exhibit high attention to detail and demonstrate proven organizational and planning skills.

• Capability to lead projects and collaborate with other departments.

• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills are required.
