Sales Enablement Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop and operate Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first platform.

• Create and uphold a proof library that is structured and accessible to agents.

• Establish and manage the approved claims library.

• Design and maintain the pitch and proposal module system.

• Write and generate case studies utilizing delivery work, account team notes, retrospectives, and client feedback.

• Prepare customized pitch decks and proposal outlines for active opportunities.

• Take ownership of RFP and procurement readiness.

• Create service one-pagers, offer explainers, and collateral for the AI transformation initiative.

• Manage the request intake process.

• Define asset governance protocols.

• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to document proof, outcomes, and examples from ongoing work.

• Integrate QA into all workflows.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent structuring and writing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to delve deeply into tailored services such as strategy, social media, content, creative production, and AI transformation.

• Some experience, significant project work, or strong self-initiated evidence in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, agency or consultancy marketing, content operations, or related fields.

• A solid understanding of AI tools and a keen instinct for the rapidly evolving landscape.

• Evidence of having developed AI-assisted workflows, template systems, structured libraries, knowledge bases, or automations that can be utilized by others.

• Practical knowledge of prompt and agent configuration, context design, and lightweight technical systems.

• Sound judgment regarding proof.

• Ability to work comfortably with senior executives, under tight deadlines, and in high-pressure commercial environments.
