Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Acting as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for the Services division, managing both front-end (page layouts, fields) and back-end (custom objects, advanced Flows) configurations to facilitate scalable and repeatable operations.

• Creating and implementing repeatable Salesforce processes designed for an enterprise SaaS professional services setting to enhance forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and visibility of project health.

• Independently leading cross-functional projects from start to finish to fulfill operational priorities established by senior leadership within Services and Customer Engineering.

• Partnering with BI Analysts to uphold a reliable Salesforce data foundation, ensuring that all Services activities are accurately captured in executive reports and subsequent business intelligence.

• Identifying and addressing process bottlenecks throughout the implementation and consulting lifecycle to expedite project delivery and minimize manual overhead for Services leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment.

• Practical technical experience in configuring Salesforce, including Flow Builder, custom object modeling, and advanced reporting capabilities.

• Proven experience in developing and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to address real-world business challenges, achieve measurable outcomes, or optimize workflows.
