This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and drive enhancements throughout the entire commercial lifecycle.
• Evaluate pipeline performance from lead generation to cash flow, including conversion rates and revenue trends.
• Work alongside Salesforce and HubSpot Administrators to optimize the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and uniform usage across all commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking pipeline, bookings, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
• Create and document standardized processes throughout the commercial lifecycle.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Experience in supporting Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and/or Implementation teams based in the US.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven capability to transform business requirements into systems and process solutions.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams in healthcare, technology, or data-driven organizations is preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce and/or HubSpot production and system management.
