Senior Analyst, Practice Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in improving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionalities within Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Create and sustain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and reports.

• Aid in strategic decision-making and enhance operational performance.

• Collaborate with Finance leadership to facilitate organization-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast creation.

• Examine financial outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver actionable insights and enhance forecasting precision.

• Act as a vital resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A initiatives.

• Acquire extensive exposure to Radiology Partners’ healthcare practice operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Knowledge of how financial models, assumptions, and reporting frameworks influence business performance.

• Highly analytical, capable of utilizing data to address business challenges and facilitate decision-making.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in articulating complex financial concepts in a clear manner.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to quickly master and implement new systems and technical tools.

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in finance or FP&A is preferred.
