This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Workday HCM from start to finish, including business processes, domain security, integrations, and reporting.
• Prioritize automation solutions over traditional methods.
• Lead the rollout of new Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with teams from People, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Assist in bi-annual compensation planning, as well as configuration of Workday Absence and Workday Benefits.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Workday HCM configuration.
• Naturally system-agnostic.
• Strong understanding of fundamental HR processes.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to navigate through uncertainty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bonus: experience with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks.
