This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Delivers system and end user assistance for the Oracle Cloud HCM application within a complex and dynamic environment.
• Conducts analysis and resolves issues effectively.
• Reviews quarterly updates, makes recommendations, and communicates changes and enhancements.
• Provides production support across various Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Acts as an escalation point, including but not limited to researching and addressing system configuration or integration challenges, unexpected outcomes, or process deficiencies.
• Plans and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches, including functionality and design reviews, as well as end-to-end user testing.
• Collaborates with functional owners to convert system needs into requirements and effectively convey system capabilities and limitations.
• Develops, documents, and maintains all existing and new business process workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Engages with project teams, business partners, and vendors.
• Maintains a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience by supporting self-service transactions.
• Utilizes Oracle AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and uncover automation opportunities throughout the organization.
• Possesses experience with Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
• Oversees personalization to guarantee straightforward navigation and user-friendliness.
• Creates test plans/scripts, executes testing scenarios, and validates outcomes.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• Associate's Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management systems support, preferably within Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion).
• Familiarity with setup and support within Human Capital Management Systems, ideally Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Understanding of the HR business processes backed by HR systems.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals possessing varying levels of functional knowledge and identify the core issues that require resolution.
• Foundational knowledge of HR subject matter and services, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, performance, and learning.
• Proficient in communicating with end users to comprehend the system issues that arise, conducting root cause analysis, and outlining a resolution plan.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects and adapting quickly to changes.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and organizational abilities with a talent for creative problem-solving.
