Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence – Digital Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee financial tracking processes, which include budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actuals for the designated function.

• Track expenditures against approved plans, assess variances, and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities.

• Generate regular financial reports, dashboards, and concise summaries tailored for executive decision-making support.

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing tasks, ensuring reconciliations and necessary documentation are in place.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and various stakeholders to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

• Create and enhance financial tracking tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and transparency.

• Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and data inquiries from leadership in a prompt and organized manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial operations, or budget management.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting processes.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SAP, Zycus, or other financial systems or reporting tools is a plus.

• Capability to work autonomously and take ownership of essential financial processes.

• Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convert financial data into practical insights.

• Advanced proficiency in English is essential; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
