Senior Analyst, Local Digital Inventory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain calendar templates to monitor sold sponsorships and HPTOs.

• Evaluate availabilities and sponsorships to optimize inventory and achieve budgetary targets.

• Oversee software integration with WideOrbit traffic and Order Management System.

• Address issues with sponsorships that are not functioning correctly on pages.

• Generate reports on potential revenue loss or gain.

• Establish and uphold format template groups.

• Keep avails tracking documents updated for all local media stations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations teams on shared inventory and revenue goals.

• Predict digital video and CTV supply by market, platform, device, content type, audience, daypart, and sales channel.

• Track sell-through, fill rate, CPM, revenue, and delivery trends.

• Advise on pricing floors, packaging, prioritization, and adjustments to channel mix.

• Detect risks related to underdelivery, overbooking, pacing, frequency, and supply quality.

• Coordinate corrective measures with Sales and Ad Operations.

• Create recurring reports on inventory, capacity, and revenue, along with recommendations for sales leadership and operational partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent years of experience.

• Typically, 5+ years of experience in a related area is preferred.

• Practical understanding of broadcast logs, digital media inventory, sales operations, and inventory management procedures.

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.

• Familiarity with digital advertising, connected TV, programmatic delivery, traffic, order management, and ad-serving platforms.

• Expertise in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and handling large data sets.

• Good business judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present actionable recommendations.

• Ability to work collaboratively, independently manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
