Senior Analyst – Clinical Prior Authorization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct business analysis and develop analytical solutions to support the Prior Authorization program.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Prior Authorization programs and products.

• Utilize SQL/Python for data querying and Tableau for visualization to further business goals.

• Employ advanced querying skills to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

• Design dashboards tailored for users without a data background.

• Effectively communicate and present findings to the management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data extraction, reporting, and metric analysis.

• At least 1 year of experience using SQL and Python.

• A year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create user-friendly dashboards.

• A year of experience with GCP, Dataiku, Vertex AI Workbench, BigQuery, or other similar cloud resources.

• Strong ability to effectively communicate and present information to the management team.

• Capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while managing competing demands.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with healthcare or PBM data is preferred.

• Prior Authorization experience is a plus.
