
Senior Analyst, Last Mile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in business management across key Last Mile platforms, including Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GoPuff, by monitoring performance, spotting opportunities, and ensuring effective daily execution.
• Evaluate platform, campaign, promotional, and category performance to produce actionable insights, guide optimization, and support clear recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain recurring scorecards, trackers, and reporting tools to oversee vital eCommerce and Last Mile KPIs while highlighting business trends.
• Aid in the planning and execution of media, promotional, merchandising, and test-and-learn initiatives across Last Mile platforms, including the coordination of inputs, assets, budget management, invoicing, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Omni Shopper Marketing, Retail Media, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, and external platform teams to ensure plans are harmonized, executed efficiently, and linked to broader omnichannel strategies.
• Identify, synthesize, and disseminate best practices, insights, and performance knowledge among internal stakeholders to enhance overall Last Mile capabilities and business decision-making.
• Support digital shelf and platform execution priorities aimed at enhancing the consumer experience and business outcomes.
• Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and advancing work with efficiency, accuracy, and thorough follow-through.
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, customer marketing, sales analytics, retail media, marketing, or similar commercial roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of CPG, eCommerce, and omnichannel business dynamics.
• Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work with dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and various data sources.
• Capability to convert performance data and business trends into clear insights, straightforward narratives, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to develop PowerPoint presentations with coherent storylines.
• Proven project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to establish robust cross-functional partnerships and influence others through credibility, collaboration, and effective communication.
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity, balancing speed and accuracy, and proactively spotting risks or opportunities.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
