Senior Analyst – IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the reliability of the electronic transaction system;

• Address intricate incidents (Level 3);

• Examine logs and data flows to pinpoint bottlenecks;

• Supervise integrations through APIs and EDI with partners;

• Suggest enhancements and automation for operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Required:**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field;

• Senior-level experience in IT Operations;

• Proficient in databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and log analysis;

• Strong understanding of XML file structures and the use of REST APIs via HTTP methods (POST and GET).

• **Preferred:**

• Experience with electronic transaction systems (such as authorizers or gateways);

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or Grafana;

• Background in the health plan/operator sector.
