This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive Client Expansion: Identify and seek opportunities to enhance client relationships
• Provide Insight-Driven Solutions: Convert complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work alongside internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with trends to establish Circana as a thought leader
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Use Circana’s proprietary platforms to assist client engagements
• Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet or exceed both individual and team revenue goals
• Advocate for Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction while proactively addressing challenges
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Provide data-driven analyses, delivering actionable insights to clients
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a market research or client service capacity
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Circana’s Unify+ is preferred.
