This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Establishing trusted advisory relationships with clients.
β’ Conducting thorough discovery sessions with each client to comprehend their organizational priorities.
β’ Crafting customized strategic guidance.
β’ Collaborating proactively with the Sales team to maintain a client-centric approach.
β’ Offering continuous strategic advisory touchpoints.
β’ Leading strategic advisory sessions on key HR topics.
β’ Facilitating webinars and roundtable discussions through McLean & Company.
β’ Overseeing a designated book of business with a focus on retention accountability.
β’ Ensuring an outstanding client experience.
β’ 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in leadership of an HR team or functional HR area (e.g., VP or Director level).
β’ Preference for experience within large organizations (1,000+ employees) and familiarity with global HR environments.
β’ Extensive subject matter expertise across various HR disciplines.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain trusted advisory relationships with HR leaders and executive stakeholders.
β’ Collaborative mindset with exceptional listening, critical thinking, influencing, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
β’ Self-motivated individual with strong project management capabilities.
β’ Capacity to excel in an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and fast-paced work environment.
β’ Strong intellectual curiosity and dedication to remaining informed on HR and business trends.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the country of employment.
β’ Occasional travel may be necessary.
