HR Executive Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establishing trusted advisory relationships with clients.

• Conducting thorough discovery sessions with each client to comprehend their organizational priorities.

• Crafting customized strategic guidance.

• Collaborating proactively with the Sales team to maintain a client-centric approach.

• Offering continuous strategic advisory touchpoints.

• Leading strategic advisory sessions on key HR topics.

• Facilitating webinars and roundtable discussions through McLean & Company.

• Overseeing a designated book of business with a focus on retention accountability.

• Ensuring an outstanding client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in leadership of an HR team or functional HR area (e.g., VP or Director level).

• Preference for experience within large organizations (1,000+ employees) and familiarity with global HR environments.

• Extensive subject matter expertise across various HR disciplines.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain trusted advisory relationships with HR leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset with exceptional listening, critical thinking, influencing, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Self-motivated individual with strong project management capabilities.

• Capacity to excel in an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and fast-paced work environment.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and dedication to remaining informed on HR and business trends.
