📋 Description

• Formulate and take ownership of the short-to-midterm strategy for performance management within a comprehensive talent system.

• Create, implement, and enhance the framework that empowers leaders to foster clarity and enhance performance.

• Collaborate closely with Total Rewards to ensure that performance calibration and evaluation directly and fairly influence merit and bonus cycles.

• Engage with leaders across various functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, People Insights & Analytics) to convert strategy into actionable plans and achieve Village-wide objectives.

• Work together with people teams and lane leaders to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in strategy formulation, managing a varied portfolio of strategic projects, large-scale deployments, change management, and leading cross-functional teams.

• Experience in supervising a direct report while achieving results through a matrixed staffing approach.

• A proven history of shaping strategy, navigating uncertainty, and establishing alignment with executives and key stakeholders on ambiguous issues.

• Demonstrated capability to manage extensive, multi-phase strategic initiatives, effectively utilizing project management support to balance overarching vision with tactical execution.

• Inspires self and others to embrace change proactively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to secure buy-in and respectfully influence decision-making across all levels.

• Familiarity with enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and experience in utilizing technology to scale performance management solutions.

• Proficient in analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and converting insights into actionable strategies that enhance outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
