This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Utilize data and technology to enhance HR processes and improve the employee experience.
• Evaluate HR data and deploy digital solutions.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making across diverse HR functions.
• Create and uphold HR dashboards and reports.
• Assist in the deployment of HR technology solutions.
• Deliver training on HR digital tools and systems.
• Aid in the formulation and maintenance of HR data governance policies.
• Contribute to special projects focused on HR analytics and digital initiatives.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in HR analytics, HRIS, or a comparable digital HR role within a multinational organization.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret intricate data sets and convert them into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) with experience in system implementation or enhancement.
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
