This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the principal owner for the configuration, enhancements, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Performance (Talent Management).
• Design and facilitate annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus processes, and frameworks for performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR leadership to ensure system capabilities align with compensation and performance strategies.
• Identify and execute opportunities for AI-enabled and workflow automation to enhance HR technology operations.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and AI assistants for documentation, testing, reporting, and case triage.
• Configure and maintain various Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, and Absence.
• Create and uphold Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly in Compensation and Performance/Talent.
• Proven track record in managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases.
• Experience in supporting compensation cycles and performance management processes.
• Proficient in reporting, analytics, and deriving insights from data.
• Demonstrated capability in implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions.
