
Senior Analyst, Go-To-Market Compensation β Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the lead architect for quota and plan modeling. In addition to execution, you will deliver "what-if" scenario modeling to leadership to evaluate new GTM strategies before they are finalized.
β’ Act as a liaison between the GTM Strategy & Planning team and the field. Proactively pinpoint areas where rep performance or plan effectiveness may be lacking and propose design adjustments to GTM leadership.
β’ Oversee the strategic communication and implementation of annual plans. You will craft the narrative that clarifies the "why" behind the plan to secure buy-in from approximately 200+ reps and managers.
β’ Evaluate field incentive ROI and attainment trends. Leverage this data to provide quarterly "Strategic Health Checks" to GTM leaders, emphasizing where incentives are performing well and where strategic adjustments are needed.
β’ Oversee the operational lifecycle of representatives (onboarding, role transitions, account changes) with a focus on reducing friction and maintaining high morale in the field during these changes.
β’ Collaborate with Legal and HR to ensure that all strategic designs are compliant, scalable, and aligned with the broader company culture.
β’ 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A.
β’ Background in a strategic consulting role or a high-growth SaaS environment where you influenced GTM design.
β’ Strategic Storytelling: Capability to transform complex data into a compelling narrative for VPs and Directors.
β’ Advanced Modeling: Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets for constructing dynamic, multi-variable GTM models.
β’ Systems Advisory: Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and commission software (CaptivateIQ/Xactly/Spiff), with the capacity to advise on optimizing systems to better support strategy.
