Senior Analyst, FP&A – Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor state and federal legislative and regulatory modifications that have financial consequences for the Network P&L.

• Evaluate the financial effects of drug pricing laws and alterations to Medicaid reimbursement.

• Develop financial models addressing legislative changes, new initiatives, and updates in pricing strategies.

• Analyze the impacts on Network revenue, COGS, and associated fees.

• Collaborate with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to incorporate pricing assumptions and the effects of initiatives into budget and forecasting cycles.

• Create reports and management updates for leadership review.

• Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as assigned by the Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A master's degree is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in financial modeling and planning.

• Capability to convert regulatory and policy changes into measurable P&L impacts.

• Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience in scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

• Knowledge of Tableau is preferred.

• Strong research and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to distill complex regulatory information into financial assumptions.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to present findings clearly to Finance and cross-functional leadership teams.

• Collaborative working style.

• Ability to work closely with Network Pricing, Legal, and Government Affairs teams.
