Senior Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain financial reporting, analytics, and data assets that support standardized processes across markets.

• Implement automation to enhance recurring workflows and minimize manual labor.

• Convert process standards into reusable templates, documentation, and reporting formats.

• Assist in the implementation and acceptance of standardized processes among market finance teams.

• Ensure data quality, controls, and governance within the established reporting framework.

• Offer analysis and ad hoc assistance to the Standards Enablement function and COE leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics.

• Proficient in Excel with substantial experience in data manipulation and reporting.

• Background in applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes, including Power Query, Power Automate, macros, or similar technologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks among various stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required; equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Preferred experience in Medicaid managed care or healthcare finance.

• Experience in creating scalable and repeatable reporting or process templates is preferred.

• Familiarity with BI/analytics tools, such as Power BI, is preferred.

• Understanding of financial controls and governance is preferred.
