This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the cleaning and scrubbing of survey data.

• Identify and eliminate duplicate, fraudulent, or low-quality responses while maintaining the integrity of the dataset.

• Review client specifications and quality standards.

• Offer guidance on best practices for data validation, quota management, and ensuring respondent quality control.

• Perform quality assurance checks on incoming data to identify patterns of straight-lining, speeding, and other fraudulent activities.

• Ensure that data structures are clean, correctly formatted, and compliant with privacy regulations for delivery in formats such as SPSS, Excel, CSV, and others.

• Scrub or anonymize personally identifiable information in accordance with regulations like GDPR.

• Diagnose and rectify data quality issues.

• Highlight anomalies or bottlenecks in respondent flow during live fieldwork.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify quality expectations.

• Provide updates on the timelines for data delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in full-service project management or survey programming within a market research, panel, or data collection setting.

• Advanced expertise in major survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar research technology tools.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Python or XML is a significant advantage.

• Outstanding analytical and quality assurance skills.

• Proven track record of delivering clean, error-free survey logic and data files.

• Strong experience collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Experience in managing expectations, resolving technical queries, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
