This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the integrated three-statement model across all entities (US, India, Spain), facilitating intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups.
• Assist in the monthly consolidation process in collaboration with the Accounting team and the Controller's organization.
• Monitor risks & opportunities (R&Os) and reconcile consolidated actuals to plans and forecasts.
• Develop and enhance models that support capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis, along with ad hoc analyses to aid leadership decision-making.
• Provide support for Corporate Development in tracking post-acquisition performance.
• Prepare financials for MBR and Board presentations, as well as investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create executive-ready analyses of company performance compared to goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure that key consolidated metrics are consistent across all reporting (TRR, EBITDA, uFCF, integration costs).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated application of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance efficiency.
• Proficient in three-statement modeling with advanced Excel capabilities.
