Senior Analyst, Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Business Systems and other related systems throughout the organization.

• Provide assistance to fellow application analysts and is expected to take initiative and lead projects.

• Collaborate closely with internal team members, physician practices, facilities, and agencies to ensure systems are dependable and meet organizational demands.

• Act as a liaison between markets and vendors concerning application support, customizations, and change management processes.

• Work together with team members to ensure that workflow requirements, functionality, and business needs are thoroughly documented and addressed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in the application of policies, procedures, Business Office Standards, and Recommended Practices.

• Possesses a solid understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
