This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Support the creation of schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy filings.
• Conduct tie-outs for form 10-K and 10-Q submissions.
• Aid in the monitoring and documentation of expenses related to clinical trials and research, including vendor accruals and study-associated costs.
• Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals and standard closing entries.
• Assist with requests from both internal and external auditors.
• Engage in process enhancements, financial system implementations, and upgrades.
• Contribute to various ad hoc projects as necessary.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Results-driven with robust organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• A collaborative team player ready to assist in various accounting areas.
• Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
