This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Execute essential functions related to defined benefit implementation.
• Assist in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and the creation of technical specifications.
• Detect and address issues that may impact the quality of delivery.
• Adhere to established deadlines and accommodate modifications based on client needs.
• Oversee deliverables in accordance with the project timeline.
• Engage in internal status meetings.
• Participate in external/client status discussions.
• Lead internal and external workshops focused on data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing.
• Provide training to the Delivery team.
• Leverage AI and technology-driven tools in the workplace.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in defined benefit administration or implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues that may affect the accuracy of technical specifications.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Access.
• Experience in testing, including developing and executing test plans.
