This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the complete member lifecycle, examining how members interact from eligibility through ongoing care.
• Identify the most impactful opportunities to enhance member engagement by analyzing member behavior, uncovering pain points throughout the lifecycle, and converting insights into actionable recommendations that influence product, marketing, and operational priorities.
• Collaborate closely with leaders across various functions to establish success metrics and measurement strategies for new initiatives.
• Assess the effectiveness of product enhancements, engagement campaigns, operational improvements, and member experience initiatives, aiding teams in comprehending what changed, why it changed, and whether to scale, iterate, or pivot.
• Foster a culture of experimentation by pinpointing opportunities to test new ideas and continuously enhance the member lifecycle.
• Take ownership of and manage the Member Growth Analytics scope professionally, driving prioritization based on strategic business objectives and member engagement targets.
• Act as the primary analytics partner for cross-functional Member Experience initiatives and working groups, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are effectively scoped, managed professionally, and delivered consistently on time, providing proactive communication regarding priorities, progress, and risks.
• Excel in a dynamic environment, employing sound judgment to address key questions even when data, processes, or requirements are not perfect.
• Balance analytical rigor with practicality, identifying the most effective approach while clearly communicating assumptions, limitations, and opportunities for further investigation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Data Engineering to suggest improvements to data collection, instrumentation, metric definitions, and analytical processes that enhance our understanding of and ability to optimize the member lifecycle.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence, customer journey analytics, marketing analytics, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven experience working closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to influence strategic business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer or member behavior, conversion funnels, engagement, retention, product adoption, or other lifecycle metrics.
• Experience in measuring product features, marketing initiatives, experiments, or customer engagement strategies to guide future investment decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics or experience in a healthcare-related sector is preferred.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, experience with Python (or a similar analytical programming language), and modern business intelligence tools for conducting sophisticated analyses.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical reasoning skills, including the capacity to define success metrics, design measurement approaches, assess initiatives, and identify the fundamental drivers of business performance.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify data integrity issues and collaborate on enhancing data quality, instrumentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, capable of synthesizing incomplete information, developing thoughtful hypotheses, and providing actionable recommendations without waiting for perfect data.
