Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main analytics liaison for a selection of major professional accounts, fostering trusted relationships and ensuring consistent communication schedules.

• Facilitate organized performance review meetings with professionals — guiding them through their crucial metrics, clarifying trends in straightforward language, and collaboratively developing action plans to enhance results.

• Convert intricate data into straightforward, compelling narratives customized for a non-technical professional audience; make figures relevant and actionable for the field.

• Proactively detect accounts at risk and engage professionals with targeted insights prior to the escalation of performance issues.

• Represent the voice of the professional internally, relaying client feedback to product, strategy, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or a related sector, with significant exposure to account management or client-facing positions.

• Proven experience presenting data and insights to external clients or business partners — confident in leading discussions and conveying figures to non-technical audiences.

• Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis tools like Python or R.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; experience in creating client-facing dashboards is an advantage.

• Proven ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to address business challenges.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to establish rapport with clients while converting complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple professional accounts and internal priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Skill in leveraging AI to optimize analytical workflows and improve client deliverables.
