This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop reporting frameworks for business evaluations utilizing multi-source data gathered from Lease Administration, Transaction Managers, and Retail teams.
• Oversee and communicate key performance indicators and brokerage metrics to discern trends that aid in strategic account planning.
• Create and sustain SharePoint environments for effective document management and orderly record keeping.
• Implement frameworks for calculating and reporting cost savings across designated accounts.
• Manage the Client Voice survey processes, which include communications, response gathering, and analysis for improvements.
• Design and oversee account newsletters, including template creation, content curation, and regular distribution.
• Assist in contract renewals and the execution of the Annual Plan through documentation assessment, data aggregation, and milestone tracking.
• Develop governance frameworks for Client Change Request procedures, shifting towards systematic logging and monitoring.
• Proactively advance progress through thorough tracking systems, encompassing innovation trackers, revenue forecasts, and account calendars.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of pertinent business experience showcasing coordination and administrative skills in real estate, professional services, or performance management environments is preferred.
• Proven experience in project coordination, meeting facilitation, and cross-functional teamwork among various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), survey tools, data collection platforms, and project management software.
• Fundamental knowledge of database management, data organization principles, and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
