Senior Analista de Remuneração – Comp & Ben

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the strategy for Salaries and Benefits.

• Design, review, and implement fixed and variable compensation policies.

• Conduct salary studies, market research, and competitiveness analysis.

• Structure job paths, salary ranges, and career plans.

• Model scenarios for adjustments, promotions, and bonuses with a budget perspective.

• Act as a business partner in HR and leadership for compensation decisions.

• Ensure compliance with internal practices and current legislation.

• Generate reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior or Mid-level Compensation Analyst.

• Expertise in structuring job roles, salary ranges, and compensation policies.

• Experience with variable compensation, bonuses, incentives, and meritocracy.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong analytical thinking.

• Experience in a medium or large corporate environment.
