Senior Amazon Growth Manager – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will have complete responsibility for our Amazon operations, focusing primarily on the DACH region, with potential expansion into the USA.

• Amazon PPC and performance marketing: You will strategize, manage, and optimize all Sponsored Ads (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) alongside DSP — you will independently oversee the ad budget while achieving profit targets (TACoS, contribution margin).

• Listing and content optimization: You will create and continually enhance product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores — incorporating AI-supported content and image creation with assistance from the internal design team.

• Assortment development: You will independently research and identify products that can be added to our portfolio as "Amazon-first" options.

• Data analysis and reporting: You will monitor all key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TACoS, ACoS, profit, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance, deriving actionable insights from the data.

• Build and manage your own team of freelancers (e.g., VAs for listing maintenance, reporting, and reviews) — you will be provided with a dedicated budget and will operate independently.

• Direct collaboration with management — you will report directly to the executive team and play an active role in shaping the Amazon strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Amazon Manager/Marketplace Manager, with a proven track record of responsibility for brands generating 7-figure+ revenues.

• Extensive expertise in Amazon PPC and the independent management of ad budgets with a focus on profit goals (beyond just ACoS) — performance marketing is your primary strength.

• Proficient use of Helium 10, Sellerboard (or similar tools) and a solid understanding of Brand Analytics.

• Active engagement with AI tools (such as Claude, NanoBanana, or similar) for content and image generation.

• An analytical, independent, and entrepreneurial work approach — you are eager to run a business rather than merely execute tasks.

• Fluent in German and possess good English language skills to effectively work with tools, platforms, and international freelancers.
