This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the overall performance of the Amazon Vendor Central (1P) business, focusing on revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Create annual business plans and growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Formulate promotional strategies, business plans, and customer presentations for significant Amazon events.
• Manage inventory planning and oversee Amazon purchase order management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to enhance purchasing patterns and minimize order volatility.
• Optimize inventory health, forecasting accuracy, and in-stock performance.
• Handle sales forecasts, promotional investments, and account profitability.
• Examine trends and performance metrics to boost revenue, margin, and financial outcomes.
• Supervise Product Detail Pages, A+ Content, Brand Stores, assortment updates, and product launches.
• Work with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to enhance discoverability, conversion rates, and the overall customer experience.
• Track and analyze revenue, ordered sales, POS sales, Net PPM, in-stock percentage, Buy Box percentage, Glance Views, conversion rates, and inventory health.
• Generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Coordinate with Amazon, Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Product teams.
• Establish relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and cross-functional Amazon teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Assess account performance, inventory trends, operational metrics, and digital shelf execution.
• Stay updated on Amazon retail trends, Vendor Central capabilities, ecommerce innovations, and marketplace best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in ecommerce or account management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P) business.
• Proven track record in managing Amazon revenue growth, profitability, inventory planning, and operational execution.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon retail operations, purchase order management, forecasting, replenishment, promotional planning, and supply chain best practices.
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising tools and strategies for accelerating product launches.
• Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA), Vendor Central reporting, Stackline, CommerceIQ, Pacvue, or similar ecommerce analytics platforms is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Possess data-driven commercial and analytical expertise.
