Senior AI/ML Engineer – Life Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the formulation of insights regarding technology affordance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and formalize requirements for machine learning-based solutions.

• Partner with fellow engineers to implement and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.

• Establish an Agile framework for iterative solution development.

• Provide guidance in the development of AI strategies.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or a Master’s Degree in a relevant area with 4 years of applicable experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in statistics, computational biology, applied mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field.

• More than 5 years of experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

• Proven experience with advanced AI concepts.

• Strong programming skills with demonstrated experience in Python and related machine learning frameworks.
