Senior AI/ML Engineer – India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.

• Create AI-driven solutions utilizing TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Utilize AWS services including SageMaker, Lambda, and S3, in addition to Azure and Google Cloud Vertex AI.

• Integrate and optimize Hugging Face transformer models like BERT and GPT for natural language processing (NLP) applications.

• Develop AI automation solutions, such as chatbots, leveraging Microsoft Teams and Azure AI.

• Employ Apache Spark and Snowflake for extensive data processing and analytics.

• Design and refine ETL pipelines to ensure data quality management and transformation.

• Oversee databases and queries utilizing SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Generate interactive data visualizations through Tableau and Power BI.

• Fine-tune, train, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for conversational AI, text generation, and summarization.

• Develop and implement Agentic AI systems aimed at facilitating autonomous decision-making and optimizing real-time tasks.

• Provide support to a major global client as part of NewRocket’s team in India.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in applying AI to real-world applications.

• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Understanding of fundamental algorithms along with object-oriented and functional design principles.

• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Experience with Apache Spark.

• Knowledge of NLP and implementations of AI models using Hugging Face and cloud-based AI services.

• Solid grasp of database management, query optimization, and maintaining data quality.

• Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.

• Capability to work collaboratively and adapt to emerging AI technologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
