Senior AI Visibility, SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise SEO strategies that foster sustainable organic growth and deliver measurable business results.

• Conduct technical SEO assessments that encompass crawlability, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, JavaScript rendering, and overall website performance.

• Collaborate with client technical teams to define, prioritize, and execute SEO recommendations on intricate websites.

• Spearhead keyword research, competitive analysis, content strategy, and search intent mapping initiatives.

• Create and implement AI Visibility and Answer Engine Optimization strategies across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Google’s AI Overviews, and other AI search environments.

• Evaluate and enhance AI search performance utilizing enterprise AI visibility tools.

• Examine AI-generated outputs, citations, competitive positioning, and content opportunities.

• Act as the SEO and AI Visibility expert for designated enterprise clients.

• Deliver strategic recommendations and performance insights to marketing leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Track SEO and AI Visibility performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, enterprise SEO platforms, and AI visibility measurement tools.

• Prepare reports focused on business outcomes, search performance, AI visibility, and competitive insights.

• Collaborate with Client Services, Affiliate Strategy, Content, Paid Media, Analytics, and Product teams.

• Provide SEO expertise during website launches, redesigns, migrations, and significant digital initiatives.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices, thought leadership, and service innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related professional background.

• 5–8+ years of enterprise SEO experience overseeing large, intricate websites.

• Proven success in collaborating with enterprise brands and working directly with engineering and development teams.

• Established capability to build trust with technical stakeholders and communicate efficiently with marketing and business leaders.

• Must hold Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certification.

• Practical experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Semrush Enterprise, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other web analytics tools.

• Proven track record in leading Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) projects with measurable outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with AI Visibility platforms like Peec, Athena, Profound, Goodie, or comparable enterprise solutions.

• Strong understanding of how AI search platforms gather, synthesize, and reference brand information.

• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and client communication skills.

• Highly organized with outstanding project management abilities and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Preferred: experience supporting affiliate, ecommerce, retail, finance, healthcare, travel, or other enterprise brands.

• Preferred: experience with website migrations, JavaScript SEO, schema markup, log file analysis, and enterprise CMS platforms.

• Preferred: knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows and responsible application of generative AI technologies.

• Preferred: experience incorporating SEO insights into larger digital marketing strategies.

• Must have unrestricted, independent work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require employer sponsorship.
