Senior AI Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust AI-driven software systems for real estate operations, enhancing customer experience and fostering product innovation.

• Construct and refine agentic pipelines, encompassing orchestration, tool integration, and feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate with teams in operations, marketing, and product development to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities for AI and LLM integration.

• Architect and sustain scalable, production-ready AI systems utilizing Python, cloud platforms, and contemporary AI frameworks such as Pydantic AI.

• Execute event-driven and asynchronous architectures for high-performance AI applications.

• Keep abreast of trends in Generative AI and agentic development to stimulate innovation.

• Diagnose, optimize, and enhance production AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Document systems, processes, and outcomes; relay findings and progress to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient programming skills in Python with experience in building and deploying production-grade systems.

• Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM-based applications and workflows.

• Knowledge of system design, scalable architectures, and strategies for model deployment.

• Understanding of agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step AI pipelines.

• Comprehension of asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Python in production environments.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing AI-based software systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Ability to maintain a seated position for extended periods.

• Valid work authorization or appropriate authorization to work in India.
