Senior AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and pain points.

• Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions to collect requirements and outline the scope of AI initiatives.

• Create end-to-end automation solutions that cater to the specific needs and objectives of clients.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, offering insights on AI best practices, potential applications, and the viability of AI projects based on existing data and resources.

• Develop and present engaging presentations and demonstrations of AI solutions to clients.

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build AI prototypes and proofs of concept (PoCs) that illustrate the capabilities and potential benefits of proposed solutions.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, staying attuned to their changing needs and recognizing opportunities for future AI projects and collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a solutions consultant, AI consultant, or in a similar role, particularly in AI-focused projects.

• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts, algorithms, and tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly utilized in AI development, such as Python, R, or Java.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for analyzing complex data and converting it into actionable insights and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in project management, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results on time and within the defined scope.

• A customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on providing value to clients through AI solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
