Senior AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Lead successful Proof-of-Value initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML specialization), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, along with 5-7+ years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in deploying, monitoring, or managing AI models in live production settings.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; capable of translating complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple customer engagements and priorities.

• Proven teamwork across cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, and Sales—to achieve customer outcomes.

• A customer-centric mindset characterized by empathy, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility for delivering value.

• A passion for ongoing learning and a commitment to inspiring customers and colleagues through thought leadership and technical expertise.
